U 2015. godini njemačka vlada četvrtak odobrio je nacrt zakona radne odnose koji će pojednostaviti pregovore između korporacija i sindikata. Nacrt zakona je navedeno da je za bilo koju tvrtku, samo jedan sindikat će biti priznata kao službeni partner plaća, pregovaranja, a što rezultira sporazumom bi vrijedilo za sve zaposlenike tvrtke. Zakon ograničava zastupljenost sindikata u poduzeću i samo jedan sindikat će biti dopušteno da predstavljaju skupinu djelatnika.
