In Germany, there is already existing a difference between private and public hospitals, so a two classes society in the health sector. Many people who can't afford to go to a private hospital (with better equipment for example) have to go the a public one. The german governments haven't increased the subsidies to hospitals for the last years, but pushed a wave of privatization in order to escape an increase in subsidies. Is this the solution to the main problem?
