Decrease. Temporary work is bad for the economy due to employee replacement costs. Instead, a smaller number of visas should be given which are permanent. Also, the high temporary quantity harms wages of workers regardless of orign.

Decrease, companies are currently taking advantage of this program to decrease wages, and we should create our avenues for citizenship
