More, and end government subsidies

There should be less privatization of hospital and healthcare services, because that would create in long term a two classes society. On the one side, there would be those who can afford a better and more expensive private health insurance and services and on the other side those who can't afford private ones and have to use public health insurance and services. The quality of health services should be high enough that it isn't necessary to go to the private ones. This could be archived by increasing governmental subsidies to the health institutions, but trying to answer to the crisis in public health services by privatizing them isn't a solution.
