Take a look at the amount of death that surrounded these diseases doctors found preventions for, and how these children and people suffered. Not vaccinating your children puts them and everyone around you in danger. Millions of people take these vaccinations and any side effect you're worried about is honestly worth the risk compared to getting polio or something. And if it's wanting a child to not be full of chemicals, look at the food and vitamins they take and then reassess.
