When politicians are judicially prosecuted for their involvement in corruption and other political incidents, their political qualifications are questioned and accordingly they should be deprived of certain legal political rights. Furthermore, it is morally unacceptable to hold politicians with tainted pasts in any form of government office consistent with standards of social justice and judicial justice.
