It depends if the parents are legal immigrants. If yes, that's fine. If they are illegal, absolutely not.

Only if said migrants are legally welcome in the country as confirmed refugees, skilled workers, or EU citizens.

it really depends. Of course no one wants to rip young families apart, but I don't see why some pensioneers' adult children possibly with their own children already should be allowed to live in France, if they couldn't get a visa in the first place.

Yes, only if the family has not immigrated illegally and has not committed crimes, in this case there is expatriation
