Literally who cares? If they're addicted let them get help. If they're not then let them live, even if it's not good for them. Germans would never suggest something like this about beer, even though it's fundamentally the same concept.

It does not decrease the amount of drug offenses, tax payers would benifit more by spending in education and treatment programs, and get better results decreasing drug use
