Decrease, as Germany in the current crisis should be focusing on its domestic, economic and social issues and reducing national budget deficit than providing foreign aid

We are currently helping the wrong countries/people. Aid should be coupled with conditions and surveillance to make sure it reaches the people who need it/achieves the aims we want. It would be better to help large NGOs than countries corrupt governments.

Increase, but ensure that the money actually helps people who need help
