In most circumstances the debt will not be repaid for decades. This is economically and morally wrong to put this on a young individual, who is seeking the current social norm of further education. (UK system I am talking specifically about). Were University education more of a special case and rarity, then perhaps a tuition cost should be allowed. However considering path to University is so much more common and widespread amongst European citizens, it should be treated in the same manner as the school system, whereby there is no tuition.
