I think it is important to prioritize citizens over foreigners, but if the government's actions have large negative effects outside the nation, then it has gone too far.

I think Nationalism is a good thing for the state because with people because the more people of the same race under the same state, the stronger it will be.
We cooperate globally to increase the welfare of our citizens and those of the world. I do not see these things as being in opposition.
The citizens' wellbeing takes precedence because we can't help internationally if we're not stable nationally.
