I think schools should be allowed to require that but I don't necessarily think it would always help. I think it should be mandatory for students that commit acts of discrimination but I just feel when these things are mandatory they sometimes become more of a joke for the students than actually helping them. A lot of these mandatory trainings just get brushed off by students because they don't like being forced to attend a class and have someone lecture at them whether they care about the issue or not.
